TAKE STOCK OF YOUR DAY, DAILY

You need to start tomorrow,today.By way of planning it.It is important that you look at how your day went at the end of today and make note of what it consisted of.What did you do with it? What went well for you,what didn't?.What did you smile about and what infuriated you?and what did you learn from it? Note what you can do better tomorrow from your day today.Learn what you can do today that can make you more prepared for the challenges of today that you will again face tommorrow,like the traffic,or your collegues at work! So back to your day today, did you acknowlege those little triumphs or you didn't see it as a big deal nor worth feeling good about? So why complain when others treat you like you treat yourself? Did you notice that person that smiled at you today,made you feel special? Did you notice the lovely weather,if it was rainy or shiny, bright or pale?
Who did you think about,what memories did you play with? How did lunch taste,or you didn't even notice that you didn't have lunch?
Did your day incorporate your goal?Did you work on some part of it?
Did you notice your mood all day? Where you cheerful,boisterous,moody,or angry all day long?
Did you make someone's day a better day today or did you ruin it?
In a nutshell all of what your today was about is about your tomorrow, so maybe you want to start taking your day seriously and digestively.
